Our Core Values

We are committed to serving each family and child in a personal and specialized fashion to help sow the seeds for a lifelong love of learning. We will achieve this by recognizing each child’s strengths and the family’s goals; combine them with our safe, loving, nurturing, learning environment to meet and exceed each family's expectation.

We strongly believe in the traditional African proverb 'it takes a village to raise a child'. We partner with our parents to provide the necessary development of the whole child. Nurturing the growth and well-being of one another is at the heart of everything we do.

Our core values have always been the foundation on which our community was built. By naming these values, we intend to make them felt, heard and seen in action everyday. We believe these values will be present in our students throughout their lives as lifelong learners.

Quality: We believe every child deserves excellent early education and enrichment programs and services to make a difference in their lives and our community.

Service: We believe families and providers are unique and we strive to understand, appreciate, and meet their individual needs.

Team Work: We believe working together as parents and providers results in children being ready for academic and lifelong success.

Trustworthiness: We believe in treating others the way we want to be treated and demonstrating integrity in all our relationships.

Respect: We believe respect is essential to building the relationships that are critical to success of our children, families and partners.

Family Connections

We believe communication is key in order to provide quality care and education to the children in our care. We have an open door policy. Parents are welcome to visit the center anytime. We encourage parent involvement in the classroom and center and offer many opportunities to do so.

In addition we keep you informed through communication methods such as, but not limited to:

Daily Reports: At pick up time, in addition to a daily written report about your child's day, you have an opportunity to talk to the teacher.

Parent Teacher Conferences:  We offer regular scheduled time for you to meet with your child's teacher to discuss developmental milestones

Center and community activities: We organize several events throughout the year to build connections between parents and the communities we serve.
